Located just across the Manatee Bridge from Anna Maria Island, this quiet complex is located on Perico Island. Perico is nestled between Anna Maria Island and the mainland of Bradenton. This area is known for wonderful Mangrove wetlands, Intracoastal views and is all residential communities.

One Particular Harbor is not only just a short few minute drive to pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, but is home to many nearby preserves. Enjoy nature viewing, biking and kayaking at Robinson, Neal and Perico Preserves. This destination affords you peace and quiet with a coastal Floridian backdrop.

The main living space offers a great open floor plan for entertaining your group. In the living room you’ll enjoy designer furniture, Smart TV, and large glass doors looking into the screened lanai balcony with sunset views over the sparkling waters of Anna Maria Sound. Here you’ll have beautiful first story views of Mangrove wetland and salt marsh coastline of the infamous Intracoastal Waterway.

In the kitchen you’ll enjoy granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. This kitchen is top of the line quality! Seat up to six guests in the more formal dining area or three can enjoy a snack at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The 3 bedrooms are on opposite corners of the house for maximum privacy. The Master bedroom has water views, a King size bed, Smart TV and a large walk in closet. The master en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and double vanity sink. The second guest room has a Queen bed, smart TV and en-suite with a tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom has a Queen bed as well. All rooms offer Premium linen service with luxurious Comphy sheets. The main bathroom is in the hallway adjacent to the third bedroom.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
