The Design Team is led by Jodi Nichols, Island Real Estate Vacations Chief Executive Officer.  She successfully owned and ran Jodi Nichols Interior Design for several years and has completed with her team over 40 renovations on Anna Maria Island since starting with Island Real Estate in 2012.  Jodi and the Design Team aid customers in getting the look they want at an affordable price and beautifully blends coastal sophistication with functional practicality. A walk-through of the property along with detailed design concept suggestions and an estimate of cost are provided to all clients. Homeowners have the choice of being involved with the design process or can hand over the reigns for a turn-key product. The majority of our design projects are for beach vacation rentals where our main customers are out of state or out of the country. As the designer, Jodi personally handles all the demanding details from start to finish; interior to exterior, and works with management companies to schedule and complete design upgrades and renovations on time and without disruption to vacationing rental guests.
