To help you find the rental that is perfect for your vacation, our properties are organized within a Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze rating system to help set appropriate expectations for our guests of décor and style at each location.

The ratings for individual units are relative to each property based on the rentals overall quality and condition ranging from EVP (Exclusive Vacation Property) to Bronze with EVP and Platinum ratings being our most upscale luxury vacation properties and Silver and Bronze being our simply decorated rentals that meet minimum standards to comfortably enjoy your time on Anna Maria Island. Regardless of which property you choose, all of our island homes meet all required amenity standards including premium linens and our 5-star customer service. EVP Properties

Exclusive Vacation Property - An exclusive group of extraordinary accommodations that are so luxurious and unique they are in a class of their own. IREV reserves this rating for properties that offer unique amenities, extraordinary furnishings, and first- class accommodations.

Platinum Properties

Exceptional accommodations, marked by unique design, offer superior, quality furnishings, luxury features, designer appointments, and top-of-the-line kitchens, baths, and amenities.

Gold Properties

Upscale, well appointed accommodations, with a designer touch, featuring excellent furnishings, special features, and top quality kitchens, baths and amenities.
