IS THE MAIN HOUSE AVAILABLE TO RENT?
No, we are sorry. The Main House is no longer available to stay nor is the Carriage House or Huth House. We do have the Dodt House available to rent as a 6 bedroom home and the upstairs has newly been renovated!
HOW DO WE GET TO THE BEACH IF STAYING AT THE HARRINGTON BUNGALOWS?
Beach access is still readily easy however it is not as direct in the past. A quick walk down Gauva across Gulf Drive and you are the beach. Still just a couple orange throws to the beach and your feet are in the sand!
DO ALL HARRINGTON BUNGALOWS HAVE ACCESS TO A POOL?
Yes! All the past bungalows either have a private pool or shared pool. Harrington Bungalow 3 adn 4 are now called Everlasting Sunsets A and B. Everlasting Sunsets surrounds the heated pool. Dodt House, Bungalow on Guava, Harrington Cottage, and Harrington Bungalow 6 all have private pools.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
No, we are sorry. The Main House is no longer available and therefore no breakfast is included when staying in a prior Harrington House property through Island Real Estate Vacations.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED?
We provide remote entry so you can skip our office when checking in. We supply a unique code for the entry lock for your arrival. The same fabulous linens are provided along with bath and beach towels. Full size barbecue grills have been provided for each of the Harrington Bungalows. We handle your departure clean and no need to prepare the property at all upon your departure. Island Real Estate Vacations has an experienced professional on call 24-7 so if anything is needed we are ready and able to help!
WHAT BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRIOR HARRINGTON HOUSE PROPERTIES?
Everlasting Sunsets A is a 1 bedroom WITH pool access, close to the beach and was formely known as Bungalow 4.
Everlasting Sunsets B is a 2 bedroom WITH pool access, close to the beach and was formely known as Bungalow 5.
Dodt House is a multi-family triplex that combines to be a 6 bedroom home with a private pool and directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
Vista Grande 1 is a 3 bedroom Direct Gulf Front condo with a pool and spa.
Bungalow on Guava is a 2 Bedroom 2 bath. Harrington Bungalow 6 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Harrington Cottage is a 4 bedroom 3 Bath cottage.
