Step through the door of Vista Grande 1 and instantly watch your worries disappear! This luxurious direct beach-front condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This condo’s open-floor plan offers you and you guests plenty of space to wind down and fully enjoy the unparallel views this condo offers.

Please note, there are no curtains along the Gulf Side sliders.

The kitchen contains ample counter space with 4 additional countertop seats. Stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, warming oven, and convection microwave will have the chef in your group feeling right at home! This kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you could want or need to make preparing meals during your stay a breeze.

Off the kitchen you will find a dining area and table for 6, as well as a small game table that can accommodate 4 guests. These all overlook the serene Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the big game or watch your favorite movie on the 42” Plasma TV with surround sound. Head outside on your private deck for a true island experience. Take in the breathtaking views and sounds and be sure to catch the world-famous sunsets that you will have front row seats for every night!

The master bedroom contains one king bed and an impressive walk-in closet and bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well as a tub. The second bedroom contains one queen bed with an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lastly, the third bedroom contains 2 twin beds. There is one separate bathroom as well as the laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. Each bedroom has a TV.

Be sure to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities that this condo facility has to offer. Head downstairs and lounge by the pool/spa or head right to beach that awaits you just steps from the pool! There is an outside bar with a sink, standalone ice maker, and refrigerator that offers a unique and unforgettable dinner experience! This outdoor space also has a large, covered seating area to offers a break from the Florida sunshine!

This condo is centrally located on Anna Maria Island in Holmes Beach and is situated directly on the free island trolley route that goes from Coquina Beach all the way to The City Pier on the north end! Close by you will find many dining and shopping options including Hurricane Hanks, The Feast Restaurant, Vinny’s Italian Kitchen, and The Sand Dollar Gift Shop. Head north to Pine Avenue for even more attractions including the famous City Pier where you can enjoy delicious food while overlooking Tampa Bay and The Sunshine Skyway Bridge or grab a fishing rod and try to catch dinner! Head South from this condo and you will find Bridge Street where everything is in walking distance and be sure to check-out the numerous bars, restaurants, attractions, and shops. End your day on Bradenton Beach Pier and as always, be on the lookout for a dolphin or manatee!

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
