Waters Edge is a great Direct Gulf Front resort with a heated community pool.  The resort condominium has covered parking with enough parking for two vehicles.  Most of the properties utilize a common area coin laundry area for handling your wash.  The condo has an elevator in each building along with wi-fi internet.  The building has electronic locks to gain access into the building to use the stairs or elevator.

Waters Edge consists of two buildings which runs fairly perpendicular to the beach at a slight angle.  There are two floors and the first living floor is elevated.  Once inside the property it is one level living with the kitchen and living area towards the Gulf Side and the back area consisting of two baths and two bedrooms.  Each building has resort units on the North and South side of each building so there are four total direct gulf front properties and as you travel back away from the Gulf of Mexico, the views become more and more angled rather than direct.  Waters Edge is about 10 blocks from restaurants as well as shopping so an easy bicycle ride away.  Beach access is easy and no roads to cross since the resort condominium is direct gulf front.
