This home was completely remodeled from the ground up, so everything is new. The designer decor is sophisticated, yet fun and perfect for the island atmosphere. The new kitchen with granite counters, beautiful glass tile and beautiful stainless steel appliances is equipped with indoor and outdoor dishes, a blender to make those perfect Margaritas and everything you need to make your meals special. The two bathrooms, are tastefully decorated with granite counters, a skylight in the main bathroom and a ship's window in the shower of the master. The three bedrooms are all equipped with flat screen T.V's. All the closets are equipped with organizing systems to make unpacking a breeze. There is a washer and dryer, so you never have to settle for dirty clothes or wet towels.

Once you are settled in, your choices are endless: sit and relax on the loungers by the heated pool, read the newspaper on the pool sundeck with your feet in the
water or enjoy a drink at the table in the pool.

Enjoy the outdoor space whether hanging out on the sectional, catching some rays on the loungers around the pool, eating on the high or low tables. When you are ready for more action, pack the beach cart, carry your chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and toys, for a short 3 min stroll to the beach, and settle in for the afternoon.

You will never get enough of the beautiful white sand, the precious dunes and the dolphins who jump in the horizon. Whether it be collecting seashells, watching the seabirds, making sandcastles, watching the sunset, body surfing, snorkeling, flying a kite, or swimming there is never enough time to get it all done. And who knows maybe you will be one of the lucky ones to see the turtles hatch.

When you need a break from the sun, you can walk to many restaurants and bars, shops, liquor store, gyms, banks etc. A very nice grocery store, Publix, is a few minutes drive away or 15 min walk.. You can also take the free trolley around the island, we love to take it after dinner to get ice cream at Scoops and walk out on the Pier. For those quiet moments indoors we have a Wii with some popular games, HD TV, DVD player, board and strategy games, as well as a library you can enjoy. For those who want more adventure there are so many attractions: fishing tours, golfing, shopping, mini-putt, museums, aquariums etc. So much to do, you will need to extend your stay over and over.

The pure white sand beaches of beautiful Anna Maria Island are calling to you to enjoy your holiday here in paradise. Once you arrive to your beautiful vacation rental, you will understand why we fell in love with this place and like us, may never want to leave.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
