You'll love this updated classic Florida beach house located on a quiet residential street but still close to everything in Holmes Beach. It's the perfect home base for your family to enjoy the laid-back, old Florida lifestyle of Anna Maria Island.
Updated with new floors, a new kitchen, and fun beachy decor- there's plenty of room to let the family spread out. Blue Gulf waters and spectacular sunsets are just a .3-mile walk away which takes about 7 minutes. Have a look at the photo gallery to see the photo with the path marked to the beach access. Restaurants and shopping are less than a half mile away, and the grocery store is less than a mile away. You'll find the free AMI trolley stop at the end of the block, where you can catch a ride to stops all over the island. Shopping, dining, live music, .... you'll be spoiled with choices to fill your vacation days. Also, since it's so close, take a walk to Small Town creamery every day.
The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are all bright and cheerful. The first and second bedrooms each have a King bed, the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed as well as a single Twin, and 4th bedroom has Twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs. Enjoy a heated pool and spa in your private oasis, with both a fence and landscaping to create the perfect tropical retreat right in your backyard. Make sure to bring your bathing suit and flip-flops!
Per County Code Mandates:
-Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
-Minimum rental period is 7 nights.
-Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including children and infants.
-There are 2 exterior security cameras at the property. 1 at the front entrance and the other faces the driveway

So Relaxing

Super Cute Home
We loved staying at this cute home. We enjoyed the location, bool, biking, beach etc. So much to do, we really need another week. Our children (13,11,9) loved their own rooms + splashing in the pool. One rainy day had us sort of stuck inside+ we didn’t mind one bit b/c the house is so adorable. Thanks, Again!

Fabulous Oasis
This is a fabulous oasis! We enjoyed your beautiful home and all of the accommodations. The pool in the evening hours was our favorite thing to do after enjoying a day on the beach. AMI is our happy place and we would love to stay here again in the future.
