DISCLOSURE!!:There is currently an ongoing disagreement regarding the beach access path on 78^th Street. In the meantime, we ask that you use the beach access trail that is located on 77^th street, directly behind the home you will be staying in.

 For this you will need to walk down 78^th Street to reach Gulf Dr. Using Gulf Dr make your way towards 77^th Street, which you can use to access the beach. Crossing through the side yard to access 77th Street is not allowed. Once this is resolved, we will update accordingly.

This quaint home has a lively pink exterior that warmly greets you to the island life. Once you enter “Flirty Flamingo” you’ll enjoy calming tropical hues and comfortable decor. The floor plan is open with the dining area to the corner of the back room. The living room offers a nice place to relax while enjoying the flat screen television or wireless internet. The dining room sits four. You’ll find all the basics for preparing meals in this nook-style kitchen with original appliances. Enjoy all the basics for meal preparation there will be no need to go out.

Both bedrooms at “Flirty Flamingo” offer professionally laundered premium quality linens plus you’ll have both beach and bath towels for everyone. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second guest room offers two twins with the ensuite bathroom and washer/dryer. This home will comfortably accommodate four guests total. In addition to the hall bath, you will find an additional full bathroom off the main living space of this home. One offers a tub/shower combo and the other a walk in shower. Additional amenities in this Anna Maria Island vacation rental include new washer/dryer, parking for up to two vehicles.

During your stay you must explore Pine Avenue shopping, dining and sightseeing. Take the FREE trolley to the new Anna Maria City Pier, and visit the many local boutiques too. When you are ready to venture to the central and southern portions of Anna Maria Island, walk over to the free trolley stops on Gulf drive.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
