This lovely home is located only one and a half blocks from white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets, and is also a short walk to favorite local restaurants, bars and shopping. Or just take a few steps to your own private heated pool and patio oasis. You will enjoy hours of outdoor fun in the poolside lounge area. Grill by the pool and enjoy the outdoor shaded wet bar, mini-fridge, and full bathroom with shower. There is even a fun basketball Pop-o-Shot game and beach equipment for guests to enjoy.
From the bright and airy entrance on the main level take the elevator, if you choose, upstairs to the dining area featuring vaulted ceilings and open living space. The open kitchen hosts granite countertops, new stainless appliances and is fully equipped for all you need including extras like a crockpot, blender, toaster and a coffee pot/Keurig. The kitchen leads to bar top seating and sectional seating in the living room. The view overlooks the pool, with balcony seating for coffee or cocktails.
The third level opens into the luxurious Primary Bedroom. Feel like royalty in this enormous suite with a king bed, lounging area, and 43" flat-panel TV. Soothe your cares away in the garden tub or walk-in shower. The spacious floor plan has double separated sinks and a private toilet room. Off of this bedroom is a desk in case you need to sneak in an email. For your convenience, there is a full-size laundry room and ironing station on this floor as well.
The main level includes a second bedroom with a Queen bed and flat panel television, a third bedroom with double bunks(four twin beds) and a full bathroom. The home includes high speed wireless internet and cable television.
The owner has recently completed many significant updates including whole house painting (interior and exterior), an updated kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, new mattresses, all new furniture, new HVAC, new TVs, a new grill, and so much more.
The garage is stocked with beach chairs and a wagon, and there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before hopping in the pool.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Great location, Perfect Beach Home
Just visited for Spring Break! This house is very clean and completely updated. Our 4 kids loved the bunk room and pop-o-shot in the garage, as well as the basketball hoop and TV at the pool. Easy 1.5 block walk to the beach access (which is more private than other spots on the island) and several of our favorite restaurants (Ugly Grouper, Duffy's, Feast, Hurricane Hanks, Dr.'s Office and Vinny's Italian!) Will stay here again for sure. House also had a new beach cart and nice beach chairs, so we did not need to rent our own. The garage fits 2 cars and there's at least 2 more spaces on the street in front! Also we could walk to the City pickleball courts. This home was perfect for our families stay on the island. Ryan (the owner) was most helpful and accommodating. The rental company was also great to work with. The house had games and beach supplies which was very convenient. Super close to amentities and restaurants and beach. Loved the pool area and the layout was perfect for us with the kids. Wonderful rental!
Flip Flop Inn was wonderful! Nicely appointed and updated, airy, light and comfortable furnishings with plenty of room. Exceptionally clean! Everything you need for a great stay, kitchen was fully equipped with every accessory we could need. Plus we could walk to our favorite restaurants (oh Vinny’s, Ugly Grouper, Feast and Dr.’s Office!) and a very short walk to the beach (they included beach chairs, a wagon and beach towels for us!). We enjoyed watching our grandkids in the pool as well as fun patio time. We loved the sitting area and TV by the pool, and that the pool got both sun and shade throughout the day. The kids really had fun in the bunk room and the other bedrooms were spacious and relaxing for the adults. My husband found the desk/work area very convenient for squeezing in some emails. Elevator was a nice convenience too. Plenty of parking for our cars. Really great property for our family, and a nice value. Flip Flop Inn = the perfect vacation spot on AMI. We will return next year.

Love it here!
Beautiful beach house! Nicely updated and very clean upon arrival. This house had everything we needed for the week and the elevator was very helpful. Very easy and short walking distance to the beach entrance that was never crowded (and we were there for a busy Spring Break week!). The outside space has a great pool and seating area with an outdoor restroom which was very convenient for the little kids. 10 minutes or less to plenty of great restaurants! Clean House Great Pool!

Perfect Beach House!
Flip Flop Inn is fantastic! From the location to the finishes and pool, you can't beat it. The beach is a quick walk from the house. This portion of the beach is not as busy as others, which is very nice. It felt like our own private beach! We enjoyed hitting the beach for a few hours and then returning and relaxing in the pool. The pool was a great temperature and there was an outdoor TV for watching football. The kitchen was well appointed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and new. Home was spotless upon arrival! Don't miss the opportunity to check out the local bars and restaurants. We loved walking to Ugly Grouper, Duffys (not sure if it is part of the chain), The Doctor's Office (be careful, the prescriptions are strong), and Vinny's Italian Kitchen! Amazing property
Wonderful house for a family holiday. The property was immaculate and had everything you needed from a beach trolley with accessories to a fully equipped kitchen. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. The beds are so comfortable and everything is new in the house. Outside area has your own private pool barbecue and dining area which we used most evenings. We had one minor problem on arrival and someone from the team was with us within ten minutes to resolve the matter. Oasis near the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed Flip Flop Inn, where we spent a week in early November. The house is relatively new, but also has been recently updated with new furniture, paint and flooring, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable to just hang out in. We loved the large sectional sofa – easily large enough for the whole family to hang out on in the spacious gathering room. Everything you need is there, grill, beach chairs and wagon. Our grandson and my husband had a lot of fun with the Pop-A-Shot in the garage. There is even an outdoor TV and bar area, which was perfect for watching sports. Best of all is the location – so easy to carry a chair to the beach for the sunset every night. Also, there are many restaurants close by and some within walking distance.
