If you are searching for luxury on your Island vacation, this home is your dream come true. Tucked away on a quiet street on Anna Maria Island, this 3 bedroom/3bath beach house is your perfect family vacation destination.

This lovely home is located only one and a half blocks from white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets, and is also a short walk to favorite local restaurants, bars and shopping. Or just take a few steps to your own private heated pool and patio oasis. You will enjoy hours of outdoor fun in the poolside lounge area. Grill by the pool and enjoy the outdoor shaded wet bar, mini-fridge, and full bathroom with shower. There is even a fun basketball Pop-o-Shot game and beach equipment for guests to enjoy.

From the bright and airy entrance on the main level take the elevator, if you choose, upstairs to the dining area featuring vaulted ceilings and open living space. The open kitchen hosts granite countertops, new stainless appliances and is fully equipped for all you need including extras like a crockpot, blender, toaster and a coffee pot/Keurig. The kitchen leads to bar top seating and sectional seating in the living room. The view overlooks the pool, with balcony seating for coffee or cocktails.

The third level opens into the luxurious Primary Bedroom. Feel like royalty in this enormous suite with a king bed, lounging area, and 43" flat-panel TV. Soothe your cares away in the garden tub or walk-in shower. The spacious floor plan has double separated sinks and a private toilet room. Off of this bedroom is a desk in case you need to sneak in an email. For your convenience, there is a full-size laundry room and ironing station on this floor as well.

The main level includes a second bedroom with a Queen bed and flat panel television, a third bedroom with double bunks(four twin beds) and a full bathroom. The home includes high speed wireless internet and cable television.

The owner has recently completed many significant updates including whole house painting (interior and exterior), an updated kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, new mattresses, all new furniture, new HVAC, new TVs, a new grill, and so much more.

The garage is stocked with beach chairs and a wagon, and there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before hopping in the pool.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
