Casa Sierra Resort is a private Mediterranean style four unit complex in Holmes Beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island.
This small quiet complex is just a two minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach. A ground level unit, find an outdoor patio with a spacious common area complete with a large heated pool, gazebo, lush tropical landscaping, and picnic tables. This makes a perfect setting for a memorable Island adventure! There is also a putting green, custom cornhole and a bocce ball pitch.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

We loved the accommodations! It slept everybody comfortably. My daughters had young kids and they enjoyed the beautiful pool and playing on the putting green. Amazing
We absolutely loved our stay! Property manager was quick to respond! I love the short walk to the beach and that they had beach chairs in the laundry room! Location was right in the center of everything we needed!

Amazing Vacation Spot
What a wonderful place to stay!!!! We would highly recommend this place to anyone. The condos were super spacious, clean, decorated well, and had all the necessities you would need during your stay. We absolutely loved the private pool that the condos had. Not to mention it was in a perfect location to the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants and the grocery store. We love the pool area and grounds landscaping. We’re so thankful they allow our dogs. The location is so convenient to everything. Which is why we continue renting after 8 years. Despite the minor inconveniences, I wouldn’t think of renting elsewhere.

Wonderful time and unit.
Our rental experience was excellent. Our grandson and daughter loved the outdoor activities and the beautiful pool! The kitchen was more than adequately supplied. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were excellent.

Posted: 02/18/2022A:Unfortunately, Island Real Estate Vacations cannot guarantee there will be any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at your vacation rental property. However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.
Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More or Beach Bum’s (info below).
