Hurricane Hanks in Holmes Beach is a very popular restaurant, and for good reason. The food is delicious, the cocktails are good and strong, and it has a nice laid-back environment. It is one of our personal favorites.

Hanks is open for lunch & dinner, and has a full bar which stays open a bit later. Fair warning, this restaurant gets pretty busy, especially in season. So be prepared for a little (worth the) wait. So what can you expect on the Hurricane Hanks menu? Let me fill you in; Hanks lunch menu consists of mainly sandwiches and burgers.

The burgers here are always good, and if you want something lighter I suggest ordering their Caesar salad with salmon or shrimp. There is also beer battered baskets with shrimp, fish & chips, and more. The dinner menu has a little more to offer, with both pasta & seafood dishes. For example, Shrimp and Scallops Risotto, Maple & Orange Salmon, Chicken Piccata, Lobster Mac and Cheese, etc. Of course you can still get a burger or beer battered basket for dinner as well.
