Three years ago, I listed my first rental property with Island Real Estate, since then I have listed an additional three properties with them. There were many reasons why I listed my properties with Island Real Estate. First and foremost, the staff was courteous and professional. They met with me to discuss their services and my expectations. They were all very professional and took a personal interest in getting to know me. Larry played a pivotal part in my selection of Island Real Estate. He provided conservative yearly rental estimates along with countless ideas and suggestions on the rental market. I then used the information he provided to formulate a rental property business plan. I purchased particular properties, which would fit a niche in the island rental market. I am happy to say that Island Real Estate has exceeded the yearly rental income estimates that Larry provided for each property. They continue to exceed my own expectations! Larry and his staff are always seeking new innovations in marketing the properties and continue to maintain an excellent rental website. The website is easy to navigate and very user friendly. The website also provides owner information and reports which are very helpful in evaluating the performance of the property. The rental and maintenance departments work seamlessly together and are absolutely fabulous to work with. I genuinely believe that they treat the renting and upkeep of my properties like their own. Carol and her rental staff are absolutely the best on the Island! They are always cheerful and helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The maintenance department has continued to evolve since my first listing. They now have taken the cleaning and housekeeping in hose to provide better quality control. This has made a big difference in the upkeep of the properties. The in-house maintenance department is available to respond to any problems or renter concerns 7 days a week. John and his staff are awesome to work with! Finally, as an owner, you are allowed to very active in the management of the property. Island Real Estate is always willing to discuss and listen to new ideas which could improve the business operation. I am convinced they are operating the quintessential rental program. They place the owners and renters first and foremost. They will do whatever it takes to ensure a renter has a great experience! This attitude cultivates repeat rental business for my properties. My relationship with Island Real Estate started out as a business venture but has now transcended into many friendships.
