Martinique is comprised of two buildings located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  They are referred to as the North and South Building.  Every unit has phenomenal Gulf views.  The North building is 7 stories tall with 60 units.  The smaller South building consists of 50 units.  The units range from 720 square feet to just over 1,500 square feet.  Parking is limited and most properties have one covered car port  or a one car garage available for parking.  If you plan to have multiple vehicles be sure to discuss parking arrangements prior to reserving a Martinique Vacation Rental.  Each building has an elevator and common area mailboxes.  A common area entry lock is required to enter the building.  The common area has a gulf side swimming pool which is great to cool off or take in the rays.  Of course just a hop jump and skip over the pool fence is the sugar sand of Anna Maria Island so the locations for both buildings are great as well!
