Steve Goldman is truly a Renaissance Man. A recently retired college professor, he is also an award winning builder, and developer. The Polk County Builders Association Home of The Year award is one of his proudest achievements.

Steve has held his real estate broker's license for over 25 years and wrote a syndicated newspaper column about building and real estate issues. Steve's knowledge and experience in construction and his certifications in computer technology add to his ability to serve his clients well.

Steve lives in Bradenton with his wife, Susan, and looks forward to this next chapter of his life as a most welcome addition to Island Real Estate and TEAM FOLDES.
