Gulfview Townhomes are located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.  The resort units are comprised of 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.  The living area, bath and kitchen are on the first living floor which is elevated.  The second floor has two bedrooms and two baths.  Most Gulfview Townhomes have private washers and dryers.  Sorry there is no elevator nor are pets allowed.  The resort units are over 1,200 square feet and located close to the beach.  One covered parking spot keeps things cool in the vehicle.

Gulfview Townhomes is very close to the beach and extremely close to restaurants, shops and groceries.  Gulfview is located on "old Gulf Drive" which runs behind the more commercialized area of Holmes Beach which has our only Grocery Store, Publix.  In addition within a short stroll away is Dollar tree, an ice cream shop, Ace Hardware, Smoothie King, Pizza, CVS and Walgreens.  Leave the car at home and use the Anna Maria Island free trolley and walk to restaurants and shops!  Beach access is a block, block and a half across the low travelled old Gulf Drive.  Insider secret - the beach access is directly East of a ship wreck for all those scuba divers out there!
