Gulf Place is a phenomenal Direct Gulf Front Condominium on Anna Maria Island.  Centrally located in Holmes Beach at 67th street and about a 20 block walk on the sugar white sand beaches to the public beach located at the end of Manatee Avenue.  Most of Gulf Place condos are three bedrooms however a select few that are two bedrooms with a heated pool in the center of the resort.  The resort has a tennis court and there are no elevators at Gulf Place, all stairs.  The resort has a unique elevation that does not require a great deal of steps in or out of the unit.  Each condo has an assigned parking spot with several guest parking spots available for the entire resort.

If you rent or bring a bicycle you can easily get to the shops of Holmes Plaza which is the closest commercial area in Holmes Beach.  Holmes Plaza has the Feast restaurant, Home True Hardware, Hurricane Hanks, some shopping and the Dr's office.  Lots to do if you want to leave the car at home and stay at the Gulf Place Resort.
